Giving Tuesday: Protecting the Chiputneticook Lakes Region for the Future
Donate today to help ensure that future generations are able to know and love this region for the same reasons we do today.
Giving Tuesday is an exciting global day of philanthropy that falls on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving. On November 30, we invite you to help protect the land and water of the Chiputneticook Lakes Region for future generations and the future of nature and the landscape by supporting the Woodie Wheaton Land Trust.
The donations we receive not only on Giving Tuesday, but every day, help to maintain unspoiled waterways, promote healthy ecosystems, and protect wildlife populations. As undeveloped land and wilderness areas continue to shrink rapidly due to the increasing pressures of the human population and the demand for natural resources, it is important, now more than ever, to protect the land, forests, and waters we love.
We hope that you will consider making a gift for the shorelines, land, and waterways you love this #GivingTuesday, so that they will forever be there for us, for future generations, and for wildlife.
As a token of our appreciation, all donations made on November 30, will receive a thank you gift.
